SonicFront (“SonicFront”, “we”) provides an AI front desk for businesses: an AI receptionist that answers phone calls, books appointments, takes messages and handles text messages, plus a web dashboard where the business reviews that activity. This notice explains what personal information we handle and why.

Some providers process data outside Canada (for example, in the United States). Information processed there may be accessible to authorities under local law.

How long we keep it

We keep call, message and appointment records while the business’s account is active, and delete them on the business’s request or after the account closes, except where we must keep records (for example, billing records) by law. Backups are kept for 14 days.

Security

Access is limited by sign-in and by role, each business can see only its own data, connections are encrypted, and sensitive actions are logged. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
